Role Description:
- Hands-on experience with International Reference Pricing systems, including reference baskets, calculation mechanics, and spill-over effects.
- Solid market access fundamentals, ideally with exposure to pricing and reimbursement topics in Europe and other IRP-relevant markets.
- Experience working with contrast media, diagnostics, or specialty pharma products.
- Familiarity with internal or external pricing tools and dashboards used for IRP and financial impact modelling.
- Experience in coordinating analyses with multiple affiliates across regions
- Strong commitment to Agile development practices, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and improve project outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with AI systems and knowledge on AI acts to deploy safe system for customers.
