Job Title: Insurance Specialist Project Coordinator
Location: Chesapeake, VA (100% Onsite, 5 days/week)

Pay Range: $35-37/hr

- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage and maintain project documentation, contracts, and insurance records
- Support commercial P&C insurance activities, including claims administration
- Track objectives and timelines in partnership with the Project Manager
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools
- Monitor risk management and insurance policy compliance
- Handle subrogation activities and claims-related coordination
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- 10 years of experience in commercial insurance, with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) focus
- Solid background in risk management and insurance policy compliance
- Hands-on experience with claims administration and documentation
- Proven experience in project coordination or project administration
- Experience managing contracts, insurance documentation, and claims records
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF tools)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Contract negotiation experience
- Supervisory or lead experience
- Consulting background
- Experience with Msft Project or similar project management tools
- Onsite role; candidates must be able to work from the Chesapeake, VA location
- Contract position with long-term extension potential
