Kforce has a client in need of a Instructional Designer in Wilmington, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead instructional design and curriculum development for assigned workstream (P2P, AP, C2C, SCM, MDM, reporting)
- Support overall training strategy, planning, and stakeholder coordination
- Design and develop training materials (ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos, documentation)
- Assist with train-the-trainer program development and delivery
- Maintain training work plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage creation of user guides, job aids, and training content
- Support planning and delivery of in-person and remote training
- Oversee SME review process to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Partner with technical writing team for alignment
- Coordinate LMS uploads with L\&D team
- 5 years of experience, including 3 in instructional design, adult learning, and curriculum development (eLearning, ILT, VILT)
- Facilitation experience preferred
- Experience developing technical training for Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Ability to build training aligned to business processes and workflows
- Proven success managing multiple deliverables across complex, matrixed environments
- Strong knowledge of training tools and delivery methods
- Experience with synchronous and asynchronous training design
- Strong communication, facilitation, and advanced PowerPoint skills
