Position Summary
We are looking for a Training Coordinator / Learning Operations Specialist to support enterprise learning initiatives, content management, and training delivery. This role will partner with Instructional Designers and SMEs to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively deployed through learning platforms.
Core Responsibilities
Administer and maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Edit and prepare training recordings and multimedia content prior to publishing
Develop and maintain SharePoint pages and internal learning portals
Assist in the development, validation, and updating of role-based learning plans across multiple job functions
Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and communications for system implementations (including Oracle or similar platforms)
Translate SME input into clear, structured work instructions and training documentation
Support and monitor virtual training sessions using platforms such as Teams or Zoom
Track training completion, maintain records, and ensure content version control
Collaborate across teams to support learning and development operations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred)
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience Supporting Training Programs, HR Functions, Or L&D Initiatives
Familiarity with LMS platforms and content management
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Fluent in English
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with SharePoint or intranet content management
Exposure to enterprise system rollouts (Oracle preferred)
Experience with virtual training tools (Teams, Zoom)
Interest in instructional design or adult learning principles
Basic knowledge of video editing tools or content creation
