Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects including network upgrades, site deployments, telecommunications, security initiatives, and technology refresh programs.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate activities across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, operations, and vendor teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across geographically dispersed locations.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates.
- Partner with business leaders and site personnel to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
- Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and resource constraints.
- Ensure project documentation, change control processes, and implementation plans are maintained.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, hardware deployments, installation schedules, and service providers.
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
- 5 years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing network, infrastructure, or technology deployment projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure including:
- Networking (LAN/WAN)
- SD-WAN
- Wireless technologies
- Telecommunications
- Server and cloud infrastructure
- Infrastructure security concepts
- Experience managing third-party vendors, service providers, and implementation partners.
- Strong project planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments.
- Background working with infrastructure modernization, branch/site deployments, or large-scale network refresh initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Prior experience in aviation, logistics, distribution, retail, fuel services, or other geographically dispersed operations environments is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused communications.
- Excellent coordination and follow-through skills.
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Proven ability to drive projects forward while managing competing priorities.
