We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Onshore Consulting Leader to serve as the critical interface between enterprise IT delivery and executive leadership. This is a strategic governance and advocacy role, not a technical delivery position. 5 years of experience in Infrastructure, EUC, or large-scale Enterprise IT management.
A proven track record of managing high-pressure, executive-level escalations in a corporate environment.
Strong background in vendor governance, specifically managing "Big 4" or global system integrators (GSIs).
Exceptional ability to synthesize technical data into executive-level presentations and verbal briefings.
The professional maturity to operate with authority and influence senior stakeholders in ambiguous situations.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-visible issues across Infrastructure and EUC domains.
- Translate highly technical outages or project delays into clear business impacts, risk postures, and actionable options for leadership.
- Provide concise, high-level updates and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and business heads.
- Hold strategic vendors accountable for contractual delivery outcomes, service levels, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Proactively identify critical delivery risks and ensure the vendor has robust remediation plans in place.
- Effectively navigate a matrixed environment to enforce standards and accountability across global teams without having direct line management of those resources.
- Lead executive engagement and leadership communications specifically for the Irvine campus.
- Coordinate onshore efforts across Infrastructure, EUC, Security, and Platform teams to ensure a unified approach to platform stability.
5 years of experience in Infrastructure, EUC, or large-scale Enterprise IT management.
