Responsibilities:
Perform rack-and-stack, cabling, hardware installs
Troubleshoot failed hardware and replace components
Support server/network deployments
Ensure compliance with power/cooling/security standards

Work with engineers, vendors, remote hands
Support 24x7 shift-based operations if needed
