Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in infrastructure design and general building construction.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for developing and modifying architectural floorplans.
• Experience in designing layouts for audio-visual systems and video conferencing hardware.
• Experience with IoT device placement and network drop infrastructure.
• Experience in interpreting architectural drawings and space optimization project designs.
• Experience with enterprise telecom, network operations, and facility planning workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Modify architectural floorplans for integrated AV systems, video conferencing, and IoT devices.
• Design technical solutions for network drop placements and telecom infrastructure paths.
• Implement design updates using Bluebeam Revu to support space optimization projects.
• Resolve infrastructure problems within space utilization and workplace design frameworks.
• Coordinate with real estate bureaus, vendors, and contractors on construction initiatives.
• Facilitate planning meetings to align technical infrastructure with building design goals.
• Document technical specifications for network operations and enterprise telecom teams.
