Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting for several data center construction projects from record to report including responsibility for month end close processes and SOX controls
- Own multiple balance sheet accounts and the corresponding sub-ledger for varying levels of complexity
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Infrastructure Business Partners to understand the broader business objectives, develop processes jointly and provide accounting guidance
- Identify process gaps and independently develop and implement solutions
- Provide support to finance management and other cross functional partners as needed, including ad hoc financial analysis, technical analysis, and special projects
- Excellent team player who is adept at working as part of a larger team located in different locations
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of financial statement auditing, financial accounting, or similar experience
- Experience analyzing large data sets and working with business partners to effect changes
- Experience in optimizing or re-designing existing processes resulting from business needs
- Big 4 audit experience and CPA
- Experience with Oracle Financials and Hyperion
