This role partners closely with information security, engineering, and support teams to maintain secure access, operational stability, and ongoing improvement of security processes.

Job Description:
We are seeking an Information Security Analyst to support day-to-day security operations, with an emphasis on identity, access, and security enablement. This role partners closely with information security, engineering, and support teams to maintain secure access, operational stability, and ongoing improvement of security processes.
Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in Information Security, IAM, or Security Operations
- Hands-on experience supporting identity and access management platforms (Okta, IBM Security Verify / IVIA, or similar)
- Familiarity with security operations processes such as: access management, incident or ticket-based support, operational troubleshooting
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or similar)
- Basic experience with automation or scripting (Python, PowerShell, or equivalent)
- Understanding of secure development practices and CI/CD environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Support Information Security operations across identity, access, and related security platforms
- Assist with user access requests, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management
- Investigate and resolve security- and access-related issues, partnering with engineering and service teams as needed
- Contribute to automation and workflow improvements to reduce manual effort and improve reliability
- Support secure deployment practices by collaborating with development and platform teams
- Monitor adherence to security standards, controls, and policies
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to security processes, tooling, and operational workflows
- Assist with documentation, knowledge sharing, and support enablement across InfoSec teams
- Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts
- Experience supporting knowledge management or support enablement initiatives
- Exposure to security tooling, logging, or monitoring platforms
- Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments
