We are looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in administering and supporting Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud data integration, ETL/ELT development, platform administration, and production support, along with a solid understanding of data warehousing and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Informatica IDMC platform across development, test, and production environments.
- Install, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Secure Agents and related platform components.
- Design, develop, and support data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
- Create and maintain mappings, mapping tasks, task flows, reusable objects, and scheduling processes.
- Integrate data from cloud and on-premises systems, including databases, flat files, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Monitor platform performance and optimize data workflows for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration, connectivity, and production support issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and data engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support deployment, release management, and environment migration activities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5 years of experience in Informatica administration, data integration, and ETL/ELT development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC/IICS, particularly Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
- Experience managing Secure Agents, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and cloud-based integration architectures.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of parameterization, scheduling, deployment processes, and production support methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and/or Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
- Exposure to modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Informatica IDMC/IICS certifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
