Job Description:

Integrated Logistics Support

The Integrated Logistics Support Intern will provide program level support to FAA programs. The intern will collect and input data that's required to maintain accurate records, baselines, and sustainment of systems. The intern will evaluate and recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and work flows. The intern will work with various ILS functions across multiple Harris campuses to assist in processing and disposition material, archiving records, and updating databases.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain critical spares for the labs and provide analysis on minimum quantity levels
• Provide supply support involving cataloging, receiving, distributing, and replenishment
• Provide optimization techniques that will improve the layout, inventory, and controls of FAA assets
• Review and update ILS procedures, operating instructions, and check lists to ensure accuracy
• Provide data entry to ensure new material's registered and warranty information is captured
• Develop and analyze metrics related to shipment and repairs
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in a team and independently
• Organized, with ability to prioritize assignments
• Periodic lifting and moving of equipment required
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or other technical discipline.
