Location: Pleasanton, California (Onsite)

Role Overview
This position functions as a business-side intermediary between analytics and execution. The role involves translating data insights into strategic business recommendations and serving as a business representative for an expansion program. This is a strategic and coordination-focused role with an emphasis on data analysis rather than campaign building.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: Proven experience in a role with a strong analytical mindset, such as a Performance Analyst, with a focus on performance tracking.
Technical Skills: Experience with dashboarding tools and a solid understanding of performance metrics and reporting. SQL or BigQuery experience is preferred for faster data analysis.

- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis for expansion initiatives.
- Assess pipeline health to identify and address performance gaps.
- Analyze in-store media placements to identify low sell-through rates.
- Proactively recommend actions to improve performance within short timeframes.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media operations, planning, and product marketing.
- Support media operations with inventory batch releases for in-store screens.
- Ensure teams have necessary data, such as sell-through rates and average deal size.
- Pull and synthesize performance data across weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
- Contribute to product marketing updates and provide performance feedback.
