- 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data
- 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Knowledge Catalog, including enabling and supporting the migration of existing IBM DataStage workloads to Cloud Pak for Data
- 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Manta
- Experience defining and enforcing data architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data architecture solutions
- Experience working in large, complex, enterprise environments with multiple data sources
- Strong understanding of data quality, data consistency, and data lifecycle management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business, analytics, and IT teams
