Employee Screening & Compliance Specialist Position

Onsite Monday to Friday in Houston Downtown office

Payrate: $30/hr on w2

Summary:

Job Summary:

In a team format, primarily working with the project team auditing and digitizing paper I-9s.

Responsibilities:

Participate in audit and correction process of I-9 forms.
Sort paper I-9s according to updated reports.
Scan paper I-9 to PDF format files.
Work with PDF files to aggregate into a large document.

Required Qualifications:

Big Company experience.
Work as an HR Coordinator or similar role working with I-9 forms.
Attention to detail.
Able to take direction and corrective feedback.
Able to communicate well both verbally and in written format.

Salary : $30
