Duties / Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational
- Serve as a strategic partner to Executive Leadership and
- Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and succession
- Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous
- Talent Management & Organizational Development
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies and leadership
- Develop and maintain a strong management pipeline to support
- Lead performance management processes, including evaluations and development
- Design and implement leadership development and training
- Employee Relations & Investigations
- Provide oversight and direction on complex employee relations
- Lead investigations involving policy violations, misconduct, and workplace
- Ensure consistent, fair, and timely resolution of employee
- Represent the organization in external matters, including EEOC and related
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment
- Maintain and oversee HR policies, procedures, and employee
- Manage unemployment claims, audits, and regulatory
- Partner with Safety to support risk mitigation and workplace safety
- Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead HR operational excellence, including systems, processes, and
- Develop and manage the HR department budget, ensuring cost control and
- Utilize HR metrics and data to support decision-making and identify
- Culture, Engagement & Retention
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and
- Strengthen relationships between leadership, employees, and
- Support site leadership through regular engagement and HR presence across
- Strong strategic thinking and business
- Proven leadership and team development
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and HR best
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 7 years of progressive HR leadership
- Experience in multi-site and/or manufacturing environments
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a
- Ability to walk production floors and travel between sites as
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
