Title: Core Business Analyst with SQL and Pharma background

Location: Parsippany, NJ - Remote (Occasional travel to client location, 3 or 4 times monthly)

Duration: 12 month contract

Visa: USCEAD/EAD/L2S/E3EAD

Basic Job Description:

• Requirement Elicitation & Documentation: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, validate, and document detailed business requirements (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories tailored to pharmaceutical processes.
• Data Analysis via SQL: Utilize advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from pharmaceutical databases (such as sales data, clinical trials, or inventory) to identify trends and provide actionable business insights.
• Pharma Domain Compliance: Ensure all IT solutions and data management practices strictly adhere to industry-specific regulatory standards, such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP (GMP, GLP, Google Cloud Platform), and HIPAA.
• KPI & Performance Reporting: Design and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards that track critical pharma-specific metrics like drug sales performance, market share, and research and development (R&D) efficiency.
• Solution Validation & UAT: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test plans and validating that technical implementations meet both the complex business needs of the pharma unit and the necessary quality assurance standards.
