Duties Include:
- On-site technical support for the company environment (SGI 8600 compute systems and supporting infrastructure)
- Administration and operational support for Company CM cluster management
- Support for the DMF storage environment, including coordinating upgrades and system health monitoring, working with DMF team
- CDU cooling system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Hardware diagnostics and coordination with the site admin to maintain system stability
- Supporting the site admin
- Facilitation of weekly operational meetings
- 8 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related area of study; Without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (11 years in total)
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in at least three major technology areas
- Technical expertise is sought after and provided to several projects/accounts
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of assigned technology and discipline area
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of corporate organization and policies
- Advanced level business, technical, or functional knowledge
