Description

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Valencia, California. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone with a strong background in troubleshooting hardware and software, providing end-user support, and managing desktop setups. Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Assist with imaging and configuring PCs using tools such as Autopilot.

Address end-user support requests, including password resets, software installations, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Manage and resolve service desk tickets promptly and efficiently.

Maintain and support Active Directory, ensuring proper user access and permissions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of data transfers and system setups.

Utilize ticketing systems, such as Freshservice, to track and document support tasks.

Offer guidance and training to users on basic technical issues and system usage.

Support the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Intune for device management.

Requirements

Proven experience in hands-on desktop support and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in imaging and setting up PCs, with Autopilot experience being a plus.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows 10 operating systems.

Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably Freshservice or similar platforms.

Experience in providing end-user support, including resolving connectivity and software issues.

Exposure to Microsoft Intune or similar device management tools.

Strong communication skills to effectively assist users and document tasks.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
