Summary
The Business Systems Analyst–Intermediate role will be located within the Non-Hospitals Unit. In this position, you will manage system integrations across non-hospital divisions, collaborating with multiple data collection platforms to ensure workflows effectively support business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience following structured system development life cycle (SDLC) processes and working closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and develop systems that align program objectives with technology.

- System Support and Troubleshooting
- Master’s degree in public health, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3-5 years business analyst experience.
- Healthcare system implementations experience preferred, including standards such as HIPAA, PHI, etc.
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting and finding efficiencies in complex systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent time management skills.
- Collaborative experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
