- Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship ***
- Location: California (Largely Remote)
- Duration: 12 months contract w/ possibility of extension
- Largely remote role, with occasional quarterly in-person attendance required for events; reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
- Work Schedule: Mon Fri, 8:00AM 5:00PM.
- Translate business policy into clear, testable requirements.
- Drive cross vendor & cross team alignment.
- Reconcile differences between business intent and technical interpretation.
- Maintain and version BRDs / user stories.
- Develop and maintain current state and future state flows.
- Support impact assessments for operations.
- Own end to end process & impact documentation.
- Support delivery readiness & testing.
- Validate that developed solutions meet the documented requirements.
- Enable decision making through clear artifacts.
- Healthcare / Utilization Management / Prior Authorization experience.
- Hands on requirements experience.
- Must have cross vendor / integration experience.
- Clearly define what is in scope, out of scope, assumptions, and exclusions.
- Cross vendor alignment is owned, not observed.
- End to end impact awareness is mandatory.
