Overview:

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks accomplished Healthcare Business Analyst.

• Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship ***
• Location: California (Largely Remote)
• Duration: 12 months contract w/ possibility of extension
  
  

Notes:

• Largely remote role, with occasional quarterly in-person attendance required for events; reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
• Work Schedule: Mon Fri, 8:00AM 5:00PM.
  
  

Description:

• Translate business policy into clear, testable requirements.
• Drive cross vendor & cross team alignment.
• Reconcile differences between business intent and technical interpretation.
• Maintain and version BRDs / user stories.
• Develop and maintain current state and future state flows.
• Support impact assessments for operations.
• Own end to end process & impact documentation.
• Support delivery readiness & testing.
• Validate that developed solutions meet the documented requirements.
• Enable decision making through clear artifacts.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Healthcare / Utilization Management / Prior Authorization experience.
• Hands on requirements experience.
• Must have cross vendor / integration experience.
• Clearly define what is in scope, out of scope, assumptions, and exclusions.
• Cross vendor alignment is owned, not observed.
• End to end impact awareness is mandatory.
