We’re hiring a Head of Sales Enablement to build and lead a scalable, data-driven enablement function within a growing financial services organization.
This role will own the design and execution of onboarding, training, and development programs that drive product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and consistent execution across the distribution team.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Investments, Marketing, and Sales leadership to translate complex investment strategies into clear, actionable messaging while improving tool adoption and overall sales performance.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Investments, Marketing, and Sales leadership to translate complex investment strategies into clear, actionable messaging while improving tool adoption and overall sales performance.
What you’ll do:
- Build and scale a structured sales onboarding and training framework
- Drive product fluency and consistent sales execution across teams
- Develop certification programs, learning paths, and playbooks
- Improve adoption of CRM and sales tools
- Use data and metrics to enhance productivity and reduce ramp time
- Partner cross-functionally to align messaging and strategy
- 8–12 years in sales enablement, sales training, or asset management distribution
- Strong experience working with investment products and intermediary channels (RIA, broker-dealer, etc.)
- Proven track record building scalable enablement programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
