Summary:

Seeking an experienced Guidewire DBCC Specialist to identify, analyze, and resolve data integrity issues in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. The role focuses on maintaining system stability, ensuring data consistency, and supporting production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve DBCC errors in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
• Investigate root causes of data inconsistencies and implement corrective actions
• Develop data correction solutions using Gosu, SQL, and Guidewire-supported methods
• Ensure policy, billing, and financial data integrity
• Validate fixes through functional and regression testing
• Identify recurring issues and implement preventive controls
• Collaborate with business, QA, and technical teams
• Document RCA, resolutions, and best practices
• Support automation of DBCC monitoring and data quality checks
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of Guidewire implementation/support experience
• Strong hands-on experience resolving DBCC errors in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
• Deep understanding of Guidewire data model, entity relationships, and transactions
• Proficiency in Gosu, Guidewire Studio, and SQL (Oracle/SQL Server)
• Experience with data correction scripts and database debugging
• Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud and/or on-prem environments
• Understanding of P&C Insurance processes (Policy, Billing, Payments)
• Experience in Commercial or Personal Lines preferred
• Strong testing, validation, and production support experience
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
