Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst on behalf of our client in Greenville, SC. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong insurance domain expertise and hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter. The candidate will play a critical role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact insurance technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and architects
• Support backlog refinement, define acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery readiness
• Provide expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, including Rating and Integrations
• Perform data analysis and data mapping for Guidewire and third-party integrations
• Contribute to business process analysis and solution design
• Utilize Guidewire Advanced Product Designer, data dictionary, and underwriting rules framework
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical execution
• Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance domain
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (Rating & Integrations)
• Understanding of Guidewire configuration concepts and tools
• Proficiency in data analysis and data mapping
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables

• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle and policy administration
