Job Description:
Integration Leadership:
- Lead the endtoend integration workstream including solution design development oversight and delivery
- Design and manage integrations between Majesco Policy Billing Claims Core and external systems such as CRM Billing systems Claims platforms DMS and financial systems
- Define and implement APIbased integrations using REST and SOAP services
- Oversee middlewarebased integrations using tools such as MuleSoft Boomi or Tibco
- Ensure scalability performance error handling and security standards are met
- Lead end-to-end data migration from legacy insurance systems into Majesco
- Define the data migration strategy including extraction transformation loading ETL and reconciliation
- Develop and manage data mapping documents transformation rules and validation plans
- Oversee mock conversions reconciliation cycles and cutover planning
- Ensure data quality completeness and accuracy postmigration
- Collaborate with business functional architecture and development teams to align integration and migration design with business requirements
- Provide technical leadership during System Integration Testing SIT User Acceptance Testing UAT and production go live
- Support defect resolution issue triage and production stabilization activities
- Provide regular status updates risk assessments and mitigation plans to program leadership
- Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Majesco platforms Policy Billing Claims and/or Core
- Deep insurance domain expertise across PC Life or Health insurance
- Proven experience leading data migration and reconciliation initiatives
- Extensive experience with system integrations using REST SOAP JSON and XML
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle and/or SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft Boomi or Tibco
- Experience designing integration architectures in complex enterprise environments
