- Strong understanding of quality and production processes.
- Experience in training and supporting production operators.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in regulated environments (FDA or similar).
- Experience in manufacturing operations or production leadership roles.
- Experience in quality audits, process monitoring, and production coordination.
- Assist in coordinating production activity in assigned work areas to ensure continuous processing as per build schedules.
- Communicate work instructions to personnel based on supervisory direction.
- Ensure quality and production goals are consistently met.
- Perform process and quality audits of personnel, tooling, and equipment.
- Report equipment failures to supervisors or relevant teams.
- Track work-in-process inventory and daily production output.
- Provide training and re-training support to production operators.
- Assist in expediting priority products and tasks.
- Perform inspection and determine disposition of rejected components as per documentation.
- Support manufacturing operations when required to meet production needs.
- Conduct daily meetings with operators to ensure communication and continuous improvement.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration records are up to date.
- Perform 5S audits and participate in weekly group lead meetings.
- Support safety observations and employee assistance activities.
- Identify root causes of production issues and support corrective actions.
- Support company initiatives and compliance with FDA, QMS, EMS, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain communication with employees, contractors, customers, and vendors.
- Experience with lean manufacturing practices (5S, continuous improvement).
- Knowledge of FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
