Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Architect scalable RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and AI-driven workflows.
- Lead AI platform strategy, governance, security, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate foundation models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
- Drive AI innovation across customer experience, operations, and enterprise productivity initiatives.
- Strong expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and MCP.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Azure AI Search.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.
