Job Title:Functional Lead

Location: Washington, DC

Type: Contract To Hire

Responsibilities

• Provide deep functional expertise across Oracle Federal Financials modules including GL, Budget, AP, AR, Purchasing, and Loans
• Support OCFO business cycles, financial reporting, and accounting compliance
• Lead SLA configurations, FCRA compliance, GTAS reporting, and ensure financial data accuracy
• Advise on business process improvements and resolve accounting issues
• Support month-end and year-end financial close operations
• Support financial module functionality and troubleshoot issues
• Manage SLA rule configurations and budget execution support
• Oversee loan lifecycle processing and ensure proper financial reporting
• Assist with audit support and data validation processes
• Identify and implement process improvements within financial systems
• Promote financial automation and reporting optimization
  
  

Requirements

• 0 years of experience in financial systems and Oracle Federal Financials modules
• Basic understanding of SLA, FCRA, USSGL, and federal reporting standards (GTAS, DATA Act)
• Ability to support financial reconciliation and data validation
• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment
