Functional Analyst

job summary:

We are looking to onboard a Functional Analysts to support

enterprise capital and finance technology initiatives, with a strong

focus on regulatory reporting, data-driven solutions, and product delivery.

The role requires a combination of domain knowledge, analytical ability,

and ownership mindset to drive end-to-end delivery across business and

technology teams.

Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to leverage modern AI tools

and prompting techniques to improve productivity and analysis quality.

qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience as Functional Analyst / Business Analyst
• Experience in Financial Services / Banking domain
• Exposure to Regulatory Reporting (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery model
• Ability to create:
• Functional specifications / BRDs / user stories
• Test cases and acceptance criteria
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of data analysis; SQL preferred
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) in
