Job role: Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET / Angular)
Duration: 6-12 month contract to hire
Location: Raleigh, NC 2 days on site
Key Responsibilities:
5 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core for backend development. Solid experience with modern Angular (Angular 12 ). Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. Familiarity with relational database systems such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL (nice to have). Experience applying software development best practices, including Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git). Exposure to AI-assisted or agentic coding approaches, such as:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Core, and Angular frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver new features.
- Document technical specifications, implementation details, and integration features to ensure clarity and accessibility for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create intuitive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with a focus on usability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Work with cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS, to deploy, manage, and support applications.
- Leverage AI-assisted and agentic coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, custom AI agents, or similar frameworks) to improve development velocity, automate repetitive tasks, and assist with code generation, refactoring, and testing.
- Collaborate on evaluating and integrating agentic AI solutions into the development workflow where appropriate (e.g., code analysis agents, test-generation agents, or developer productivity tools).
- Using AI tools for code generation, debugging, or refactoring
- Working with autonomous or semi-autonomous coding agents
- Integrating AI into development or testing workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks and testing strategies.
- Experience experimenting with or implementing agentic AI frameworks (e.g., task-based agents, AI-driven code review tools, or workflow automation).
