We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to oversee the development to play a key role in development of comprehensive software applications within our organization. This role requires a deep knowledge and understanding of software development and deployment to facilitate smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies, software development practices, and have a proven track record in developing enterprise level application through complete application development life cycles.

Strategize and execute plans for the timely completion of projects, aligning with organizational objectives.
Participate in training and development programs to mentor and help other developers grow and increase knowledge and skills.
Provide concise, actionable guidance to engineering teams to promote high-quality development practices.
Work collaboratively with other team members, project leads, and staff to integrate application delivery efforts.
Review technical and operational aspects of bugs and user stories, contributing feedback and optimization suggestions.
Address and resolve production issues with urgency, minimizing downtime and customer impact.
Actively participate in scrum meetings, technical review sessions, planning and requirement discussions, and all release planning and deployment activities.
Review application code, offering feedback and insights, and ensure adherence to the highest quality and security standards as part of the final approval process in Pull Requests.
