We are looking for two System Software Programmers to join a collaborative, change-oriented team!

Location: Columbia, SC

Work Arrangement: Onsite for the initial 30 90 days, then transitioning to a flexible Hybrid schedule (2 3 days remote/onsite per manager's discretion).

Note: Candidates must be a South Carolina resident or willing to relocate prior to starting at their own expense.

Interview Process: 1 Round, Virtual/Online (Camera required).

Key Technical Skills Required

• Frontend Frameworks: Strong, hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js (including state management like Redux, Context API, or NgRx and WCAG accessibility).
• Backend Languages: Proficiency in Python and Java (or Node.js/similar server-side tech).
• API Development: Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices.
• Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL systems.
• DevOps: Solid understanding of DevOps fundamentals.
  
  

Experience & Education Preferred

• 8 10 years of total experience in software development.
• 4 years of dedicated experience in full-stack development & UI engineering.
• 4 years of proven experience leading teams or projects.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  
  

Position Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Work across the stack to translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code and seamlessly integrate backend services.
• Security & Scalability: Handle authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT) and optimize database performance.
• Leadership: Establish UI coding standards, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality, fully tested releases.
