Required Qualifications:
- Recent experience in OTR freight brokerage / 3PL logistics sales (Mandatory)
- Proven success in B2B sales or freight brokerage environment
- Strong understanding of trucking (FTL / LTL), lanes, and freight pricing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and competitive mindset
- Existing Book of Business (BOB) is a strong plus
- Experience with companies similar to leading logistics firms (e.g., TQL model)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (exception for high-performing candidates)

- Develop new business through proactive outreach, cold calling, and relationship building
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → closing → load execution
- Build and grow a portfolio of shipper accounts (Book of Business)
- Coordinate with carriers and ensure timely and efficient freight movement
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Continuously build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
