Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality, tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our internal teams to translate customer requirements into functional product features.
- Leverage your expertise in AI and technology to create innovative solutions that address client needs.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the tech industry and legal regulations to ensure our solutions are compliant and cutting-edge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients.
- Provide technical training and support to clients, helping them understand and utilize our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify new tech solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, within the tech industry.
- Proven experience in customer solutions, AI, and technology.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A deep understanding of the latest developments in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Willingness to travel locally as required to meet with clients and understand their needs.
