Job Details:
- Ability to work on-site 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) -Audubon PA
- 12 months contract W2
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, client is not able to do any sponsorship of visa or C2C
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve forecasting techniques
- Strong ownership mindset, proactive approach, and curiosity to explore innovative solutions
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage complexity and navigate ambiguity
- Technical troubleshooting skills supporting operational tools
- Effective team-player with excellent communication skills
- Master s degree in a related field
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Energy operations, markets, or planning functions
- Bachelor s degree in a STEM discipline
- Prior experience in energy forecasting or system operations is a plus
- Familiarity with renewable integration, electrification, and recent industry trends
