Job Title: Materials Designer

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished creative professional to deliver materials vision and execute seasonal projects aligned to design briefs and creative direction. Our team values expertise in material innovation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to bring high-performance footwear concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

• Create and set design direction, establishing material toolboxes for product collections within a defined dimension.
• Deliver high-quality, project-based material executions from research and trend analysis through to production, ensuring alignment with creative briefs.
• Communicate and present design concepts clearly to internal and external teams, driving timely project completion through effective cross-functional partnership.
• Collaborate with athletes, material development, product teams, and other key partners to integrate narrative and innovation into all design processes.
  
  

Required:

• At least 5 years of materials design experience, with a focus on core performance footwear and running products.
• Strong knowledge of advanced footwear materials, particularly engineered meshes and innovative constructions.
• Demonstrated expertise with Creative Suite and proficiency in digital design and manufacturing processes.
• Portfolio showcasing the full design process from research to product execution, with clear examples of narrative storytelling and high-taste product outcomes.
