Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Evaluate financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and business planning
- Lead the preparation of investment requests, including financial analysis and business case development
- Track project performance and ensure alignment with financial objectives
- Monitor and report on value realization for key initiatives and investments
- Assist in annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to provide financial guidance
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with investment analysis and capital planning
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed organization
