Summary:
Test, demonstrate, install, train, deploy, and/or evaluate HTL products (hardware and software)
Description/Key Roles:
Join our growing team of customer support personnel focused on providing training of HTL products and systems (both at HTL locations and customer sites), standalone and as part of a system of systems; Assist in maintaining database and procedures for testing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues; Document and report software and hardware problems; Create and maintain training plans. materials (POIs and classes) to assist in or perform instruction of software and equipment; Build and maintain customer relationships; Conduct training on a wide variety of software and hardware products across a large spectrum of customer types from tactical employment to laboratory testing; Perform equipment demonstrations in support of business development; Participate and illustrate HTL capabilities in government sponsored exercises.

Qualifications:
- 4 years Tactical or airborne SIGINT/EW collection background working collection, DF, and geolocations operations and equipment; special operations SIGINT/EW collection a plus
- Current TS/SCI or eligibility required
- Military veterans are encouraged to apply; MOSs - Army 35P/N/T/S; USMC 2621/2631; Navy CTM are of interest
- Previous instructional experience desired
- CONOP and TTP development using small team collection tactics
- Willingness to travel extensively 50% of the time
