We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support a Faculty Development Office by coordinating the administrative and operational activities of professional development programs. This role will manage scheduling, program logistics, communications, reporting support, and data tracking to ensure successful delivery of multiple faculty development initiatives throughout the academic year.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 1–2 years of related coordination or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based systems
- Experience in healthcare, education, or nonprofit program coordination
- Familiarity with Qualtrics and website maintenance tools
