- Responsible for performing hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting facility systems, and supporting building operations across multiple sites.
- Ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facility infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Perform daily maintenance activities across multiple buildings, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility system issues related to HVAC, alarms, utilities, and building systems.
- Conduct routine and corrective maintenance using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Perform building inspections, identify deficiencies, and complete repairs through closure.
- Monitor and respond to building automation and alarm systems, including participation in on-call rotations.
- Respond to emergency situations such as system failures and utility interruptions.
- Support basic laboratory equipment maintenance, including inspections and minor adjustments.
- Perform cleanup and provide physical support for facilities and lab operations.
- Coordinate and support vendor activities following troubleshooting and evaluation.
- Escort contractors and assist during service visits, inspections, and repairs.
- Support scheduling and execution of vendor work while ensuring safety and compliance standards.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors when specialized repairs are required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Relevant technical training or equivalent experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, building systems, or related technical field preferred.
Salary : $30 - $35
