Rate: $40/hr on W2.

Role Description:
- Delivers support live events, executive sessions, and studio-based production environments.
- Provide end-to-end event support (setup, execution, teardown)
- Support hybrid events (in-person virtual)
- Manage studio production workflows (live recorded)
- Provide VIP/executive support during critical events
- Coordinate with marketing, communications, and business teams
- Live event production and AV operations
- Studio tools and workflows (audio/video mixing, switching) - TriCaster Production, Multi-Cameras, Pro Tools Editing
- Hybrid event platforms (Teams/Zoom/Vbrick)
- Podcast Bean & Poll Everywhere Audience Response System
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, zero-failure environments
- Relevant AVIXA certification (CTS)
- Event production certifications (nice to have)
