- Role will be required to execute events and operations across People Change Management in service to required training deliverables and People Business Partner populations.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual events. This includes managing the event and registration site creation, and providing necessary communication support.
- Data Management and Reporting: Assist in the creation of distribution lists, attendance reporting, and other data-driven tasks.
- Innovative Solutions: Contribute innovative ideas and solutions based on key metrics and data findings.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across different organizations.
- Task Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize workloads, and adapt to changing deadlines.
- Project management experience as the person can help with project management of People programs as needed.
