Duration : 6 Months

Rate :$46 - $48/per hr on W2

Job Description:

Lead the Data ETL Testing team and own end-to-end quality assurance for data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouse solutions. Drive testing strategy, planning, execution, automation, and reporting while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within Banking & Financial Services projects. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute ETL/data testing strategy, plans, and quality deliverables.
• Validate data pipelines, transformations, mappings, and business rules.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and test automation using SQL and Python.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive defect resolution.
• Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and testing standards adherence.
• Manage test estimation, resource planning, traceability, and test coverage.
• Identify project, data quality, and delivery risks and recommend mitigations.
