We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to lead and support large-scale HR/Payroll system initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
This role requires a blend of project leadership, functional HR systems knowledge, and vendor management experience to ensure seamless delivery, system performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to lead and support large-scale HR/Payroll system initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
This role requires a blend of project leadership, functional HR systems knowledge, and vendor management experience to ensure seamless delivery, system performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ERP/PeopleSoft HCM projects across HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions
- Oversee application management and outsourced vendor (MSV) performance
- Drive project planning, execution, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage system enhancements, upgrades, patches, and releases
- Facilitate testing cycles, production deployments, and issue resolution
- Ensure alignment with business priorities and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Support capacity planning, pipeline management, and continuous service improvements
- 3 years of ERP Project Management experience
- 3 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 including:
- Human Resources
- Benefits Administration
- Payroll / Compensation
- Time & Labor / Time Management
- ePerformance / Performance Management
- Job Data & Position Management
- Employee Self-Service & Notifications
- Queries & Reporting
- Experience in application management / outsourcing environments (leadership role preferred)
- Strong communication skills in large, complex organizations
- Experience with UKG Kronos or similar timekeeping systems
- Familiarity with OnBase
- Experience with Oracle Taleo or other Learning Management Systems
- Prior Public Sector / Government experience
- Experience working with Tier-1 System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, etc.)
- Experience in system upgrades, patches, bundles, or image implementations
- Ability to collaborate and resolve issues across all organizational levels
- Bachelor s Degree (4-year college degree)

- PeopleSoft Certifications
- ITIL Certification
