We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and govern change management activities across an ERP migration to JD Edwards. This role partners closely with IT, business leaders, developers, and external vendors to ensure system changes are planned, tested, communicated, and deployed in a controlled and low-risk manner. The ideal candidate combines strong JDE functional knowledge with formal change management discipline, ensuring continuous system stability while supporting evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end change management lifecycle for JD Edwards enhancements, fixes, upgrades, and integrations
- Review, prioritize, and approve change requests in alignment with business and IT governance standards
- Ensure changes follow defined change control, release, and deployment processes
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and communicate decisions to stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT, developers, and third-party partners
- Understand and assess JDE impacts across modules such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Inventory, Financials, Procurement, Retail operations, or Order-to-Cash
- Validate that changes are properly documented, tested, and approved prior to deployment
- Support JDE upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify risks associated with system changes and recommend mitigation strategies
- Ensure appropriate rollback and contingency planning is in place
- Communicate upcoming changes, outages, and enhancements to impacted user groups
- Promote adoption of best practices and continuous process improvement
- Maintain accurate change logs, release notes, and audit documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX (if applicable), and IT policies
- Support audits and reviews related to change management and system stability
- 6 years of experience working with ERP systems (JD Edwards One or SAP preferred).
- 6 years experience in change management and release management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing practices, and deployment methodologies
- Manufacturing experience (supply chain, production, MRP, inventory, warehousing) or
- Retail experience (store operations, merchandising, pricing, promotions, POS integrations)
- ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL frameworks
- Experience supporting JDE upgrades or cloud/hosted environments
