Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge of Epicor ERP (v 10.2.3)

Candidate should be good in functional skill

Candidate should be good in technical skill as well

Roles & Responsibilities

Incidents analysis and resolution

Cause and corrective action analysis for production outages for applications in scope

Bug fixing of customizations (If source code exists)

Managerial Skills,

Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, business process owners and various stake holders
