Responsibilities
- Assist in testing applications or systems to make sure they are working properly.
- Identify and report any issues or errors found during testing.
- Help create and update test cases and basic testing documents.
- Work with developers and team members to track and resolve reported issues.
- Support the testing process during different stages of the project.
- Maintain records of testing results and reported defects.
- Participate in team discussions related to product quality.
- Help ensure that the final product meets the expected quality standards.
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
- Basic understanding of software testing or quality assurance concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing applications or systems.
- Good communication skills to clearly report issues.
- Familiarity with basic documentation and reporting tools.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
