Requirements

• 15 or more years of experience in travel and hospitality enterprise architecture and engineering.
• Proficiency in enterprise hospitality platforms including PMS, CRS, RMS, CRM, CDP, and payments.
• Experience with API-first integrations, event-driven architectures, and modern data lakehouse platforms.
• Experience in Kafka, MongoDB, Spark, and AWS cloud services including EKS and S3.
• Experience with Java, Node.js, Python, and generative AI application development.
• Experience in building commercial solution offerings and executive-level business cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated hotel systems connecting core platforms to digital and loyalty channels.
• Architect real-time decisioning and streaming data platforms using Kafka and Spark.
• Develop generative AI tools and applications to enhance hospitality service delivery.
• Lead the creation of Go-To-Market sales assets, technical demos, and case studies.
• Translate hospitality business strategy into executable reference architectures and governance standards.
• Implement scalable event-driven solutions across complex AWS cloud environments.
• Manage program KPIs and OKRs to ensure technical alignment with outcome-based pricing models.
