• Engineering Lead / Tech Lead level.
• Strong Java Spring Boot Kafka expertise.
• Retail/eCommerce background.
• Experience with Payments, Pricing, or OMS.
• Some Full Stack exposure (React/Angular preferred).
• Cloud and DevOps experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead / Technical Lead with a strong background in Java Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and Kafka to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications within a retail/eCommerce environment.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, collaborating with product and business stakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutions across backend, frontend, and cloud/DevOps ecosystems. Experience in Payments, Pricing, or Order Management Systems (OMS) is highly preferred.
