Work Schedule Information

Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,500 - $101,430. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design plans, specifications, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex engineering problems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in engineering technologies and techniques
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve design quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues, including identifying and fixing defects
- Develop and maintain test plans and procedures to validate engineering designs
- Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure smooth transition of designs to production
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related work experience in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, etc.)
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ship is required for most roles and the ability to gain an US security clearance.
- Experience in project management tools
- Experience with engineering software
- Certification in specific engineering discipline
